30-day returns
You can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return
- Email us at dapengzhao2026.com@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- Our support team will reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before you receive them.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Shipping costs on returns
- Change of mind: the original shipping charge is not refunded, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Our error (wrong item sent, item damaged in transit, or a quality defect): we cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund.
