All orders ship from the US. We currently ship within the United States only. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days: $5.99 on orders under $50, $2.99 on orders from $50 to $99.99, and free on orders of $100 or more. Expedited delivery (1–3 business days) is $14.95.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Email dapengzhao2026.com@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item; we reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or faulty, we cover shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Inspect your bands before every session. Replace a set at the first sign of fraying, small tears, white stress lines or a softer draw — a band that lets go mid-draw can injure you. With normal use a set lasts several months, but storage matters more than shot count.

Keep spare bands out of direct sunlight, cool and sealed. UV light and temperature cycling age latex whether you shoot it or not.
